Filling set for Honeyaid®Honey filling machine, Material: AISI 316L, silicone, evoprene, PVC

The filling set includes both the necessary filling components for honey filling with a hose and the components for cream stirring / transferring honey.

For honey filling, the non-return valve is mounted on the product-feeding side of the spiral hose by means of a hose clamp. The second side is mounted on the pipe bend with a hose clamp. The pipe bend is screwed to the product-feeding side of the pump head. A set of two different filling nozzles is supplied, which are screwed to the product-discharging side of the pump head by means of a flange.

For cream stirring / transferring honey, the second pipe bend is mounted on the product discharge side of the pump head instead of the filling nozzle in conjunction with the second spray hose supplied.

The filling set does not include the pump head L. This must be ordered separately if required.
