Part 1 – The Extension Set "Royal": Precision filling for delicate honey products in small containers
The HONEYAID® honey filling machine has become a reliable partner for many beekeepers and artisan producers. However, when it comes to particularly delicate and viscous bee products such as gelée royale or propolis preparations, conventional systems often reach their limits.
This is exactly where the Royal Extension Kit comes in.
Highly Viscous Products? No Problem.
The Royal Extension Kit enables highly precise and efficient dosing of products that are difficult to fill by hand. Especially with viscous and high-density bee products – such as gelée royale or premium beekeeper creams – clean and consistent portioning is essential.
The kit includes a 5-liter hopper and the S gear pump head, and connects directly to the HONEYAID® filling machine. Operation is handled conveniently via the included foot switch, while an optional sensor allows integration with a rotary table.
Designed for small containers
The primary application of the Royal Set is precise filling into containers ranging from 10 to 100 g – typical for premium products like gelée royale or creams.
- Filling accuracy with a maximum deviation of ±1%
- Temperature range: 2 – 95 °C
- Throughput: up to 500 ml/min
- Adjustable filling height: 10 – 170 mm
- Filling activation: foot switch (included) or optional sensor
- With a footprint of only 35 × 35 cm, the kit fits easily into any production environment.
Compact, precise, ready to connect
Thanks to its compact design, the kit is ideal for small production spaces or flexible use in artisan manufacturing. With simple plug-in integration into the existing HONEYAID® system, no reconfiguration or training is required. Just connect and start filling.
Conclusion
The Extension Set Royal transforms the HONEYAID® into the perfect solution for demanding honey-based products. Ideal for anyone who needs to fill small batches cleanly and precisely from gelée royale to cosmetic creams.
Stay tuned for the next part of our series, where we’ll introduce the Propolis Extension Set.
