This year marks the 25th anniversary of our honey bottling machine
It’s the perfect occasion to showcase the remarkable journey from its beginnings to the current HONEYAID® – a true evolution in honey bottling.
It all started with the Nassenheider® Fill Up Model DS 10.000, which was in use from 1998 to 2002.
After a “facelift” in 2002, the Nassenheider® DS 10.000 looked like this:
Over the years, we have continuously improved and modernised various components of our honey filling machines. For example, the display and the membrane keypad, the software and the bracket switch (4-pole until 2008, 5-pole thereafter) have been further developed.
We continue to keep spare parts in stock for both older and newer versions or offer special conversion kits, such as for changing from the round to the hexagonal drive shaft in the gear pump head (for models before and after July 2011). From 2016, the bushing for the turntable connection was also added.
The Nassenheider® DS 10.000 was followed by the Nassenheider® DS 20.000 model from 2008:
We further optimised the filling machine and developed the Nassenheider® Fill Up 2 in 2010:
After a further ‘facelift’, for example by replacing the clamping lever, this became the predecessor model of the current HONEYAID® filling machine:
The brand was renamed in April 2023. The Nassenheider® Fill Up 2 has since been marketed under the name Honeyaid®, an internationally recognizable brand with high recall value. At the same time, our webshop was launched, allowing customers to quickly and easily order our honey bottling equipment, spare parts, and accessories.
